Grading Standards: Because coin grading is subjective, we use a
grading standard based on “Photograde,” ANA grading standards and our own opinion.
We guarantee your satisfaction and we use the following designation of grade: Good
Through Extremely Fine We use “Photograde” by James F. Ruddy. The higher Grades
in ascending order

We do not employ or endorse the use of numbers in grading. Using numbers implies
that absolute lines of demarcation exist from one grade to the next. They do not.
Rather, grading is an empirical endeavor; it is in no way a scientific discipline.
When you receive coins from us or anyone else, you should decide if you are pleased
with the coin you’ve received at the price you’ve paid. Buy only those coins that
you are comfortable with in your own judgement. If you are uncomfortable, don’t
buy them, not from us or from anyone for that matter.
All coins are unconditionally warranted as genuine by Skyline. We are proud of our
coin knowledge. Should any inauthentic coin escape our eye, we will refund its purchase
price at any time.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: You have a full 15 days from date of receipt
to examine any coin purchased from us by mail. If for any reason whatever, you are
dissatisfied, you may return it for prompt refund or replacement. Any individual
coin removed from its holder is considered sold. Bullion ingots or coins are not
returnable, of course, but we will re-purchase at fair value. Our goal is to have
satisfied customers. Let us know if you have a problem.

1. BY PHONE: Feel free to call confirm larger coin purchases. You may use your Mastercard,
VISA, American Express, or Discover to order by phone if you wish. Just read us
all the information in raised print on your card. Telephone orders can only be shipped
to the card’s billing address.
2. BY MAIL: Use our handy order form or any stationery. Be sure to include your
complete address and zip code. Personal checks, Money orders or bank drafts are
gladly accepted.

inventory are only listed in our catalog and available by phone.
4. SECOND CHOICES and want lists are gratefully received. Obviously we occasionally
have sellouts.
5. ALL CHECKS are deposited upon receipt. Sellouts are promptly refunded.

Coin Grading. Coin grading is a subjective practice. Use of grades
or ratings when grading coins implies that absolute lines of demarcation exist from
one grade/rating to the other; however, there are no clear lines of demarcation.
Coin grading is not a scientific discipline, but rather an exercise of the grading
party’s application of grading standards to its own subjective review of the
coin, its opinions, and its experience. Different grading parties may reach differing
opinions as to the quality and/or value of a coin. For these reasons, you should
only purchase coins for (and by purchasing products from Skyline Coins, you acknowledge
and agree that you are purchasing the coin(s) for) your own collection and personal
enjoyment and not for investment or resale purposes.
Limited Warranty; Disclaimer of Warranties. Skyline Coins warrants
that all coins sold by Skyline Coins are genuine coins; however, you otherwise agree
to accept the coin in “AS IS” condition upon receipt. Notwithstanding
the foregoing and provided that the coin has not been removed from the original
packaging that you received from Skyline Coins, any coin purchased from Skyline
Coins may be returned to Skyline Coins within fifteen (15) days of your receipt
of the coin(s) and Skyline Coins will refund the purchase price, exclusive of shipping
and handling charges; no product which has been removed from its original packaging
may be returned to Skyline Coins at any time. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY
LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER

Limitation of Liability. THE LIABILITY OF SKYLINE COINS, IF ANY,
FOR DAMAGES RELATING TO ANY COIN PURCHASED FROM SKYLINE COINS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE COIN(S). IN NO EVENT SHALL SKYLINE COINS BE LIABLE
TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
LOST PROFITS, COSTS OF DELAY, ANY FAILURE OF DELIVERY, OR COSTS OF LOST OR DAMAGED

- All coins and currency which we sell are warranted to be genuine.
- Any item removed from its holder will be considered sold.
- All prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical
errors or incorrect bullion-related prices. We reserve the right to cancel or amend
orders as need be.
- All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service within
7 to 10 business days of placing the order.
- There will be a flat charge of $9.00 applied for shipping and handling.
